New Leadership to Drive Growth and Expansion for Agricultural Energy Flexibility
San Diego, CA — October 30, 2024 — Polaris Energy Services, the leader in agricultural demand flexibility, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tyler Nuss as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Tim Nuss as Head of Corporate Development. This strategic leadership transition comes as Polaris strengthens its mission to empower agricultural operations with innovative energy solutions that drive both improved margins for farmers and grid reliability.
Tyler Nuss, a seasoned supply chain and operations professional in the tech industry, brings together corporate experience in technology and renewable energy as well as entrepreneurial success with Tim Nuss in the agriculture industry through The Modern Acre and Nuss Farms. In his role as CEO, Tyler will lead the company's growth efforts, aiming to increase the reach and impact of Polaris's services. “I am honored and excited to join Polaris and help expand our role as a trusted partner to growers and water districts,” said Tyler. “By enabling the benefits of demand response and hourly flex pricing, we offer customers a way to improve their margin in a challenging farm economy.”
Joining him is Tim Nuss, appointed as Head of Corporate Development. Tim’s extensive background in the produce industry and ag tech will be instrumental as Polaris continues to grow and scale.
